Why Pagecord?
I met Olly, the creator of Pagecord, when we worked together at 37signals. He left, and then I got laid off out of the blue -- a whole different story. But we stayed in touch.
So when he launched Pagecord, I immediately got interested. I’ve always loved the internet that has-been, and I needed a simple way to blog and get my voice out there.
Because, you know -- in a world full of AI agents, be a human.
I think Pagecord is the perfect place to host your own blog, especially if you want to keep things simple without getting lost in the forest of modern publishing platforms or newsletter engines. It’s also been really cool to watch it grow and evolve. The recent updates to the Home page are great -- I’m already using them on iamgregb.io.
I upgraded to Premium because I want to help the project grow. I believe it’s important to buy wisely and stick with what you choose -- over time, the value grows on you.
Because, you know -- in a world full of corporations, support a human.
Using Pagecord, I know I’m in good hands. And that’s the most important thing of all.
